For example shipping to UK 12€ or £9,50 for orders under 50€ or £45. 

Packages are dispatched within 24/48 hours after receiving the payment. As a general rule, orders are shipped via courier with an individual tracking number and delivery will be made without required signature. A link will be provided to track the order.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, therefore, the shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.

We are not responsible for the damage your package may suffer after dispatch, however we will do our best to protect fragile items.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal:

The legal withdrawal period for this contract is of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the material possession of the goods is acquired, either by the interested party or by an indicated third party, in no case by the carrier.

Return process: 

There is a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to proceed with the return request.

To request a return, proceed as follows:

1. My account --> Order history and details --> Details
2. In the section Returning merchandise, found at the bottom of the page,  you can select the products to return.
3. Once the return is accepted, an email will be sent with the information regarding the return shipment details, indicating the address to which the products must be sent to. Inside the returned package, the return number must be indicated.

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the returned product or products. The refund will be made by the same payment method selected when the order was made and the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

Return address:

The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal is communicated.

Notice: We will not accept packages sent to our facilities with cash inside.
