For example shipping to UK 12€ or £9,50 for orders under 50€ or £45.

Packages are dispatched within 24/48 hours after receiving the payment. As a general rule, orders are shipped via courier with an individual tracking number and delivery will be made without required signature. A link will be provided to track the order.

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, therefore, the shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.

We are not responsible for the damage your package may suffer after dispatch, however we will do our best to protect fragile items.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal:

The legal withdrawal period for this contract is of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the material possession of the goods is acquired, either by the interested party or by an indicated third party, in no case by the carrier.

Return process:

There is a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to proceed with the return request.

To request a return, proceed as follows:

In the section Returning merchandise, found at the bottom of the page, you can select the products to return.
Once the return is accepted, an email will be sent with the information regarding the return shipment details, indicating the address to which the products must be sent to. Inside the returned package, the return number must be indicated.

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the returned product or products. The refund will be made by the same payment method selected when the order was made and the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

FIRST AID & ACCIDENTAL MEASURES

INHALATION: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If experiencing respiratory symptoms, get medical attention.

INGESTION: Call a physician or poison control center immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Do NOT induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep head low so that stomach content does not get into the lungs. Aspiration may cause pulmonary edema and pneumonitis. Get immediate medical attention.Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.

EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: get medical advice/attention.

EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical, or carbon dioxide. Do not use a solid water stream as it may scatter and spread fire.

HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: Carbon oxides and other potentially harmful vapors and gases.

SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus for firefighting in spaces where vapors or smoke can accumulate.

SPILL PROCEDURES: Use personal protective equipment, nitrile gloves and safety glasses at a minimum. Avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas. Ensure adequate ventilation. Remove all sources of ignition. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Beware of vapors accumulating to form explosive concentrations. Vapors can accumulate in low areas. Evacuate individuals to safe areas in the event of a major release of product. Cleanup spilled material by experienced individuals.

HANDLING & STORAGE

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area, away from incompatible substances. Do not store near extreme heat or open flame. Containers that are opened must be tightly sealed and kept upright to prevent leakage.
