One of the first multigrade engine oils, All-Climate is specially formulated to provide optimum lubrication over a wide range of operating temperatures and climatic conditions. Suitable for a wide range of diesel and petrol vehicles, it ensures optimum lubrication when ACEA C3 oil is specified. Specially designed for diesel vehicles equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF).

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal:

The legal withdrawal period for this contract is of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the material possession of the goods is acquired, either by the interested party or by an indicated third party, in no case by the carrier.

Return process:

There is a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to proceed with the return request.

To request a return, proceed as follows:

In the section Returning merchandise, found at the bottom of the page, you can select the products to return.
Once the return is accepted, an email will be sent with the information regarding the return shipment details, indicating the address to which the products must be sent to. Inside the returned package, the return number must be indicated.

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the returned product or products. The refund will be made by the same payment method selected when the order was made and the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.
